Ryan Ryan Deluca LLP Announces New Partner

Ryan Ryan Deluca LLP (RRD) is pleased to announce that Michael C. Barbarula have been named partner in the firm. 

Mike has been with RRD since 2013, focusing his practice primarily in the areas of automobile, premises liability, and municipal liability lawsuits. He has defended against product liability claims involving exposure to benzene and asbestos, as well as losses caused by household appliances and outdoor tools.  Mike has experience in commercial litigation and was involved in a multi-day pre-judgment remedy hearing involving a multi-million-dollar real estate fraud.  He has taken and defended depositions in cases with potential exposures in the tens of millions of dollars.  Mike also has experience with underinsured motorist, invasion of privacy, civil assault, and mold exposure claims. 

Mike earned his J.D. from Penn State University, The Dickinson School of Law and is admitted to practice in Connecticut, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut.
