RRD has an extensive railroad practice in Connecticut.  It has represented the interests of passenger and freight railroads since 1980.  We have handled and tried cases of every type imaginable involving railroads in every state and federal court in Connecticut.  We have an extensive network of experts and a solid working relationship with the regulartory agencies.  We have argued cases in all state and federal appellate courts.  The types of cases we have handled include:
