Charles M. McCaghey
Charles M. McCaghey is an Of Counsel member of the firm who practices in complex litigation for major corporations involving mass torts. He has been the national coordinator for litigation for the medical device and drug industry and manufacturers of numerous products. He has acted as lead trial counsel in a number of precedent setting actions in his over forty years of practice.
